I was by there yesterday in my car. It appears there are some "home-made " channel markers on the north side of the property, but South end where the new Tiki bar I didn't see any obvious markers. It was a little difficult to see from my car.

I used Adams Marine Seminars. They covered the course well, and even offer the medical, and first aid requirements at the class. The price when I went was actually a little better than SeaSchool (not much), but they came to Titusville, which is 15 m…

I was wondering if some of the Captains that I see on here would recommend a near by Captains School. My son (20 years old, 21, 05 April 2010) is interested in getting one. He's been on the water since a little guy and wants to get his license so he…

Captains License (6 pack) and up grade

I was wondering if some of the Captains that I see on here would recommend a near by Captains School. My son (20 years old, 21, 05 April 2010) is interested in getting one. He's been on the water since a little guy and wants to get his license so he can replace one of you older guys when you retire. He's in no rush, but 2 years or so. Thanks!

We haven't heard anything. Please keep an eye out, but the chances of getting the boat back don't look good. I hear that there have been a lot of problems at Lee Wenner with theft, so everyone be careful if you put in or dock there.

Plastic tank. Fiberglass would deteriorate and I believe that aluminum oxidizes. Not iron oxide rust but oxidation nonetheless. Boats made after 1994 are supposed to have ethanol compatible gas tanks. Do you agree? Do you replace the water separatio…
