Event Description

The date is set! Is your boat ready? CFFW’s annual Hiram’s boat trip is scheduled for July 17-19. Rooms are available for $99.00 plus tax, and they reserved some in the new building on the river at $129.00 plus tax. Be the first ones to reserve your room and get the poolside rooms! You must mention that you are with CFFW to get this rate, and you must make your reservation by June 15th to ensure the discounted rate. After that time, reservations are subject to availability and the group rate may not apply. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. The Hotel reservation number is 772-388-8588 and be sure to mention that you would like to book within the CFFW block of rooms. You can view more info about the resort at www.hirams.com If you are coming by boat, you will need to make a reservation with the Dockmaster too. The number for the Marina is 772-589-4345, be sure to let them know that you are with CFFW. For those of you that have never been down there, it is a great relaxation weekend. Lots of poolside time spent with friends, lots of yummie munchies and beverages shared by all, and lots of great eateries within walking distance. There are many things to do if you come by car or boat, so come and enjoy! We hope to see you there. For questions call Kelly Haugh at 321-449-0827

We changed our dates as the Inn is mostly booked for you guys already. We will have a group of the go fasters there the following weekend (24/26) if anyone is around. We'll be around on your weekend too in the baby Whaler (Sonic still in process $$$) so shout at us if you see us.

Oop's! Didn't meant to post that yet :) Anyhow, we're in very early planning stages but would be great to meet some of you folks and if our group decides to do the same weekend it might be a good time. We were at Bird Island (in our 13' Whaler) last weekend and are excited about exploring that area when our 24' Sonic is through it's rehab.

Hi all! New to the board and still finding my way around. We live in Sebastian just down the street (drunken bicycling distance!) from Hirams. We are looking at putting together a group of guys, maybe that same weekend and running from Hirams to Ski Island and back. Most in our group run fast O/B's (sold mine)

Hello everyone, my name is Mike and i am new to this web site. My question is I live in Merritt Island and mostly boat the Indian and Bananna Rivers. But are there any large lakes nearby to drop a boat in? If so where are they? Thanks, Mike
